You are an existing customer using an earlier version of Jyotishya Deepika. You are our Patron! You have put your faith in us and we value your patronage at the highest. This page gives you valuable information to answer all your questions around "upgrading to v5.0". You can also see the minimum requirements for installing Jyotishya Deepika v5.2.2 and the new features of this version.
- I am an existing customer of Jyotishya Deepika. I would like to know what are the upgrade charges?
As an existing customer, you deserve the best deal. We are offering great upgrade paths.
For Indian Residents:
- From Jyotishya Deepika v2.0 or v3.0 - Rs.3,000 + 5% VAT (three thousand Rupees only + 5% VAT).
- From Jyotishya Deepika Ultimate (previous version) - Rs.1,000 + 5% VAT (one thousand Rupees only + 5% VAT).
For Foreign Residents:
- From v2.0 or v3.0 - US$ 100 (One hundred US Dollars only).
- From Jyotishya Deepika Ultimate (previous version) - US$ 30 (thirty US Dollars only).
- I am an existing customer. Can I get a trial version first?
Yes. Certainly. You are most welcome to try the new version before you go for a full license. However, please note the trial version costs:
There are no charges for the trial version. Send us an email on kumara.sanjaya@gmail.com and we will send you a secure download link with password.
- How do I pay the money for Upgrades as an existing customer?
- Please get in touch with us at kumara.sanjaya@gmail.com. We will provide the details required to complete the payment. Foreign residents should also contact by email and they will be given the details of a secure payment gateway to complete the payment.
- How will receive the full version?
For Indian Residents:
We will send you a CD/DVD with the required installation files and instructions if you reside within INDIA. We can ship ONLY within the Indian Union.
For Foreign residents:
We will provide a secure download link which will be monitored and password protected.
- If I get a trial version will I need to uninstall and reinstall for the full version?
Yes. Because we have clearly separated the functionality in the trial and full versions, you will need to uninstall the trial version before you install the full version.
- I am living in Bangalore. I can pick up the CD/DVD myself. What do I do?
